We do not charge by the hour. Every project gets a fixed price based on the size and complexity of your website, confirmed in writing before any work begins. The price covers everything: the full speed optimisation, testing, and a before-and-after performance report.
The starting price of £297 covers a standard brochure website (up to around 10 pages) on any platform. Larger sites, WooCommerce shops with extensive product catalogues, and sites with complex technical configurations cost more because they involve more work. We always tell you the exact price before starting.
WordPress and Shopify sites have platform-specific challenges that affect the scope of work. Your free speed report will identify exactly what your site needs, and the quote will reflect that specific scope.

We will tell you honestly. If optimisation will not solve the problem, we will explain why and discuss alternatives. We would rather give you honest advice than take money for work that will not deliver lasting results.

Yes. The maintenance plan is month-to-month with no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time. We do recommend at least 3 months to cover a full quarterly review cycle, but it is not required.
We invoice before work begins, with payment via bank transfer or card. For larger projects, we can discuss split payment arrangements. The full cost is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
