Fix My Website Speed is a website speed optimisation service operated by One Blue Pixel. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Fix My Website Speed.

- Analytics data: Anonymous page view and referrer data collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not track individual users.

- Respond to your enquiry or speed check request
- Carry out website speed audits and optimisation work
- Send you the results of your speed check
- Follow up on your enquiry if you have asked us to
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and providing the service you requested) and, where applicable, your consent.
How we store your data
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and may be forwarded to our email. We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted.
